Communication

Strong communication underpins the success of any digital product. We aim to reduce ambiguity and gain valuable perspectives that feed into requirements and ideas, to feed back on work in progress and crucially for product owners to sign off at each stage.

Planning

Comprehensive planning begins with Discovery and Research whilst defining Requirements from Objectives and Goals. We map out initial Use Cases and Architecture and Model the system. Finally, each component is provisionally Defined with a User Story and Acceptance Criteria to test against.

Design

Using a combination of Research, Data, Experience and Assumptions, we Model lo-fi Wireframe designs and Sketches that will generate exceptional User Experiences. Broad design concepts are created by Creative and Technical Designers before detailed design Blueprints are created.

Implementation

We use Agile methodology to develop designs into living, breathing websites and applications with typical sprints of two weeks. Engineers create components using best practices, which are reviewed before being assured for Quality. Components must pass User Acceptance Testing before they are committed for release.

Performance

Our Maintenance Services keep sites and apps on a sound footing with Monitoring, Bug Fixes, Security, Compliance and Support. To create the conditions for growth, we can work with you to devise a winning Strategy and distil the multitude of data points to generate clear and concise Analysis that will drive improvements to help meet KPIs.
